Our advisors slipped slightly as CTCR Index dipped to a negative 5% from negative 2% in the previous month. However, this slight movement masked some very large changes in performance. On the plus side, The Scale Trader was a huge winner. They moved from a -38% to a whopping +132%! This came from having a great August and also being able to drop off some terrible months from a year ago. Also, don't forget that they completely changed their style earlier this year. Another big winner was Astrotrend who went from -51% to +34%. Futures Factors also gained about 20% in the month but are still -23% for the year. There were a lot more losers than winners for the month. Big losers include Tomorrow's Commodities who dipped into the red for the first time since January. Five Star also have a rough time as they dropped to -129% from -38%. Other losers were Marketline Update who went from -49% to -81%, Major Moves who went from -83% to -111%, and Commodity Trend Service who gave back some gains and dropped from +109% to +73%.
