This is, without a doubt, a
bull market. I told you last week that the bull market is back and we have already
made a ton of money. The merger of JDSU and OCLI was just icing on the cake (OCLI
was up $50 per share on the news!). Stay long and strong. This will be a bull
market that will struggle but we will see all time highs on all the averages by
the 1Q00, if not sooner. However, I would not be surprised to see a setback during
this week as people take some quick profits before the November Fed meeting. So
my suggested strategy is to look to buy more WSW
stocks as the market dips this week. Then look for the strength
to resume next week.

In
case you haven't noticed, this site is undergoing a few minor stylistic changes
- largely because everyone thought the last one was more appropriate to a funeral
home. Oh well. Hope this model livens things up.
